At Katie Bug’s Dice, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged.

Damaged ItemsIf your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. To request a return or refund for a damaged item, please provide:
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
We reserve the right to request additional information to evaluate the claim.

Refund EligibilityRefunds or replacements will only be issued for products that are confirmed to have been damaged during shipping or received in defective condition.Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the refund or replacement process. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
